Printing Context of Search Terms

There may be a time when you wish to print out the context of your search terms in all the documents in the results list. To gather and print a line above and below each search term, we can use the "Extract" feature in ISYS:Query.

Once you have performed a search and have a results list, go to the "Tools" menu and select "Extract". This will display that "Extract" window. Under "Include:", select "Context of each hit". Then under "To:" select "Printer". Now click on the "OK" button. This will gather the context of each search term, from each document in the results list, and send it to the printer.
