Voyager Software Ltd has no
rights to ISYS
Voyager Software (UK) Limited previously had OEM rights
to use the ISYS engine in Voyager's recruitment software. With Voyager
Software (UK) Limited being placed in liquidation on February 19, 2002,
these rights immediately ceased.
Voyager Software Ltd is a new company established
by the same principals and marketing the same Voyager recruitment software.
Voyager Software Ltd also has no rights to the ISYS engine.
ISYS Search Software has no business relationship
with Voyager Software Ltd, and Voyager Software Ltd has no rights to use
or redistribute any component of ISYS Search Software.
ISYS Search Software makes this statement to avoid possible
confusion or misconceptions in the marketplace.
