Florida’s Charlotte County Government Selects ISYS:web

Scott, has selected ISYS:web to provide enhanced search functionality for internal and external parties seeking access to the county’s records and files.

County employees can now access minutes to meetings and other pertinent internal documents via a web interface. In years past, ISYS:desktop was utilized for search, but was only installed on two physical terminals, requiring travel to a central location. Now, with the addition of a web search feature, the county is able to provide search functionality in a broader fashion to internal groups and agencies.

Additionally, external parties can access information, such as official county records, via the county’s public website. Greater external access to documents has resulted in considerably less time spent by county officials processing searches for the general public.
