ISYS Search Software Selected to Provide Advanced Website Search Capabilities to Tweed Shire Council

Many of the documents located on Tweed’s website are in PDF format. To maximize the success of each search, ISYS offers unique PDF search functionality. In addition to employing ISYS:web 7 for search on its public website, the Council will also utilize ISYS:web’s built-in search analytics tools. In doing so, website administrators can determine what citizens are searching for and whether or not the searches are successful, giving Tweed the ability to be proactive in returning relevant content to its citizens.
