SiliconExpert Technologies Selects ISYS Search Software to Provide Employees With Enterprise Search Capabilities on its Intranet

DENVER - July 12, 2004 - ISYS Search Software, a global supplier of enterprise search solutions for business and government, has announced that SiliconExpert Technologies has selected ISYS:web to provide employees with advanced search capabilities on it corporate intranet.

SiliconExpert is a supplier of proprietary Enterprise and ASP intelligent component management software products, which include a Parts Search Manager, Component and Supplier Manager (CSM) and BOM cleansing system, all powered by one of the industry's largest databases of information on electronic parts. Internally, SiliconExpert has hundreds of thousands of documents that are accessible via its corporate intranet. The company selected the ISYS:web intranet search solution to provide employees with tools for instantly finding relevant information contained among these large repositories.

ISYS:web comes standard with natural language, Boolean, phrase matching and proximity query types; a built-in thesaurus and user-defined synonyms; sorting, filtering and tense expansion; and support for more than 30 languages and 125 file types.
