ISYS® Search Software Appoints Nicky Doherty Vice President, EMEA

Global Supplier of Enterprise Search, Information Access and Discovery Bolsters Executive Leadership in EMEA with Doherty’s Appointment

LONDON, May 5, 2009 – ISYS® Search Software (http://www.isys-search.com), a global supplier of information access and discovery solutions for mining intelligence and corporate knowledge, today announced it has appointed Nicky Doherty as vice president to lead its operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Helping drive and execute on ISYS’ aggressive growth strategy for EMEA, Doherty will lead the company’s direct and channel sales teams, with a particular focus on large enterprise engagements.  Her hiring comes at a time of rapid innovation at ISYS, which has already seen the release of two new applications in 2009 – ISYS File Readers and the ISYS:sdk 9 OEM search solution.

Doherty brings 20 years of software industry experience, with considerable expertise in revenue growth for both established organizations such as Remedy and start-up businesses like Identify Software.  While with Identify, she served as a member of the management team and closed the largest deal in the company’s history, which played a key role in Identify’s acquisition by BMC Software.  She joins ISYS from Tealeaf, where she was instrumental in evolving the company’s technology from a technical tool to a business-critical solution.
